I Craft Visions — Refund & Cancellation Policy

At I Craft Visions, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed digital files, personalized keepsakes, and custom-made products. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final except where a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly approved by I Craft Visions.

Because many of our products involve digital delivery, customization, personalization, or production specifically for a customer, we encourage customers to review all product details before purchasing.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products may include STL, 3MF, SVG, PNG, PDF, sublimation files, design bundles, and other downloadable materials.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are nonrefundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download, except where required by law.

Please review product descriptions, included file formats, compatibility requirements, and usage licenses before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased files, contact us so we can help resolve the problem.

Purchasing a digital file does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away that file. Please review our Terms & Conditions for complete licensing restrictions.

3. Custom & Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products are created according to the customer’s specifications, selections, and approved design.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled for a change of mind, and payments are nonrefundable except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, measurements, personalization details, and other submitted information before approving a design or placing an order.

If a product arrives damaged, contains an error attributable to I Craft Visions, or materially differs from the approved design, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

4. Ready-Made Physical Products

All sales of ready-made physical products are final except where a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law or approved by I Craft Visions.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an issue arises.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders that have entered production, personalization, or fulfillment generally cannot be changed or canceled for a change of mind.

Requests received before production begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

If I Craft Visions cancels an order after payment, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the law and the circumstances of the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Physical products are currently shipped within the United States only, subject to the shipping options available at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has another delivery issue, contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies available under applicable law.
